Imagine you show up in the gym, do some solid handstands and handstand presses, couple of skin the cats, and finish with a few muscle-ups.
In just a few minutes, you demonstrated strength, mobility and skill that many gym goers can only dream about.
Join me and a small group of people on a journey to becoming that person.

“Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.” – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
Over 300 students went through my classes over the years, and I assessed many more personally. I learned as much from my students as they learnt from me but I realised the classes are only one of many components required for a student to improve.
They provide an environment to learn, practice, put some reps in, and last but not least hanging out with a great group of people.
For you as a student, however, with the broadness of the scope, it’s challenging to remember what exactly was done in the class when you feel like you want to do some extra work at home.
Ultimately, it is the work you do outside the class that will get you the results over the long term.
I was lucky enough to train with some of the best coaches and performers in the business.
Tap into what I learned from coaching more than 300 students and attending more than $20,000 worth of workshops, classes, and training camps.
It’s different when you’re 10yo aspiring gymnast, training multiple hours every day, and having a coach next to you every minute of your practice. You don’t have to think about anything, you just show up, follow the instructions and put the work in.
For adults, life gets in the way. All of sudden out of 12 classes a month you only attended 5. People do move places too. If you have an established practice nothing impacts it as badly as changing the environment. It’s hard to attend classes when you’re on the other side of the world.
I don’t want to let my students to fall off the wagon.

Why is the window limited?
Only a limited number of students is accepted into the beta version of the program. Everyone in the group will start the program at the same time and will adhere to the same high-level schedule.
There are many things human brains are bad at. Exponential functions are one of them. How is it that someone is seemingly infinitely better at a particular skill than you are?
If you manage to improve 1% a day for the next year, you’ll end up 37x better than you’re right now. If you repeat mistakes, excuses and poor decisions you’ll decline nearly to zero.
This is my attempt to support people who want to make the progress inevitable.
How much time do I have to put in?
As much time as you want or as little as you need, as long as it’s enough to get a little better every day. Consistent and focused 15 minutes a day will go a long way compared to random long sessions every now and then.
What equipment do I need?
Required equipment:
– elastic band
– pair of rings with an anchor point
– phone or a camera
Recommended equipment:
– yoga mat
– yoga blocks
– tripod for taking videos
What if I'm only interested in handstands?
For a handstand specialist, it is especially important to keep the body flexible and the shoulders strong and healthy. You will still be assigned work for your hamstrings and shoulder extension (which is part of the skin-the-cat roadmap) and for your bent arm pushing and pulling (which is a part of the muscle-up roadmap). It is completely up to you how much you pursue the other skills but at least some amount of effort should be put in to compensate for all the standing on the hands.
It seems too hard! I'm not at the level where I can join yet
The progressions towards each of the moves start from the very beginning. If you are really far from the goal it may take you longer to get there but that’s no reason not to start. The time will pass anyway.
It seems too easy! I can do some of these moves already
If you already mastered some of the skills, the program will help you maintain them while you focus more on those that you have not yet mastered. Each of the skills can be extended to a much higher difficulty. I do use the same program myself to ensure none of my skills falls behind while my main focus is elsewhere.
There's free material on Instagram and Youtube.
“It’s hard to tell what’s a reliable source on the internet.”. There’s plenty of free information available on the internet. The trouble is not the lack of information but inaction. Even a program consisting of only pull-ups, dips and squats would produce great results when followed consistently. As Derek Sivers says “IF MORE INFORMATION WAS THE ANSWER, THEN WE’D ALL BE BILLIONAIRES WITH PERFECT ABS.” – DEREK SIVERS” While you’re scrolling through your Instagram or Youtube someone else has finished their workout for the day.
Without the coach around I'll easily default to an incorrect position.
Having a good form is key. The program includes regular video form check to make sure you always do things correctly. When a new exercise is introduced to your program it includes a video form check to make sure you always do things correctly. You can watch and upload your technique videos straight from the mobile app and get feedback.
